Is Fairnesty available now?
Fairnesty is in private beta. We're inviting a small group of couples first to make sure everything works well before opening to everyone. Join the waitlist to be notified when we open up.
How is the balance score calculated?
The balance score looks at tasks completed by each partner over the past 30 days. Completing your own assigned task earns 2 points; stepping in on an unassigned task earns 1 point; the original creator gets 1 point when someone outside the household completes a task they set up. It's a guide for honest conversation — not a judgement.
How do I add or assign a task?
Tap the "+ Add task" button on the home screen. Give it a name, pick a category, choose who it's assigned to, and set when it's due. Recurring tasks regenerate automatically.
How do I delete a task or calendar event?
Long-press on any task or calendar event to bring up the edit menu, then tap Delete. For recurring events, you'll be asked whether to delete just that occurrence or all future ones.
Can I use Fairnesty on my own?
Fairnesty is built for two — the balance score, appreciation, and shared messaging only make sense with a partner. You can absolutely use it solo for tasks and calendar, but most of the value is in the shared experience.
Is there a cost?
During private beta, Fairnesty is free. We'll share pricing details before any paid plans launch — and you'll never be charged without your explicit consent.
How do I delete my account and data?
During private beta, please email us at hello@fairnesty.app and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Once we launch publicly, in-app account deletion will be available.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your household data is only visible to you and your invited partner. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
